Questions about an official Marion County docket, filed document, payment, or hearing date belong with the court office that controls the case. The Marion County Circuit Clerk is the main contact for Circuit and District Court records. Municipal and Probate Court files have separate custodians. Marion County Court Docket is a private reference resource and cannot act for any of those offices.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve or change a docket, reset a court date, seal a record, issue a certified copy, accept payment, or give legal advice.
